if you have something pulled up you want to post here, take your mouse [okay, i am left handed so do the opposite] and left click on the address, it should turn blue and a window should open up. click on copy and then come here and left click again inside the box where you want the message to go. again a window will open. click on paste and as soon as you hit post message. voilla
