No, after the panty hose I applied Latex Carpet Adhesive. This creates the surface area of the skin, adheres the poanty hose to the skelly, and gives you a base to accept the stain. Let it dry and set-up for a couple of days until it's tacky to the touch and then stain it.
so ya just brushed it on over the pantyhose and let it dry well before ntouch ups?
Its a Minwax Dark Walnut #2716. Some areas have a second coat.
