    OSB is oriented strand board.

it usually comes in 4x8 foot sheets in different thicknesses

it sorta looks like a bunch of wood chips all glued together

hey rugs, is this one you should add to your dictionary?

    Hi Pal.
Thanks for your message. Sorry it's taken me a while to get back to you, but I got caught up in a bunch of stuff and just plain forgot! My apologies.
I'm working like mad on props at the moment, and trying to finalise all the plans for the haunt..doing all the fine tuning stuff like where the actors are going to be this year and the types of scares etc. It's a bit like writing and directing your own horror movie...Great fun but a lot of work.
I was hoping not to have to buy any new props this year, but it's looking more likely that I may have to, if I'm going to stand any chance of getting everything done on time.
I just hope it all comes together on the night, although it usually does.
Hope you enjoyed the summer holidays and are getting back on schedule with your prep.

    Keep in touch.

    Your Pal,

    Baron S.

Hello! Thanks for the warm welcome, sorry despite being Welsh I'm not a big rugby fan. I'm huge Halloween fan though, so much so I decided to be born on Halloween! How cool is that?

    Hi mate.
Never mind pal..only a couple days left, although they will probably drag like crazy.
Then you've got a whole six weeks to get hammering those props out!!
I've got another couple of "bits" going on at the moment. I've nearly finished my Witch. She'll be part of a display, so I've got all the other bits and pieces that go with her to do...
I'm also doing a head turning corpse in a coffin using a fan motor..hopefully I'll get the "corpsing" done tonight, and I've got lots of Palletwood for the coffin.

So you're hoping for several hundred visitors?... wow. I'm not sure I could handle that many. Our best year was 2007, where we had around 150-200. That was quite enough to keep us busy for most of the night...I was exhausted at the end of it and had a sore throat for several days after!!

    Baron S.
