Rev, the same guy is now on GoE, and posted what look like new pics of the setup, FYI. In a shameless bid for attention, I would like to get your take on my specimen jar build too.
Cool. I thought you would like that. The zombies sound great. Have a great one - and keep the ghost light burning!
Ooo I like! Grayscale with a touch of sepia. I was wondering for a sec if he cheated and adjusted the pix in post, but I could see tiny bits of color here and there that stood out. Sweet. At Archon, the regional sci-fi/fantasy con here in the StL area, last year two kids came out in the masquerade as zombies from Night of the Living Dead and they were done up completely in grayscale/b&w. Right down to the black intestines hanging out. Epic.
Hey Rev - I was listening to a season 1 Hauntcast this morning and you said you thought it would be cool to see a haunt done all in B&W, and to send you pics if anyone has one. Well, I don't, but I am friends with a guy on The Mad Lab who has a Frankenstein lab done all in B&W that you might appreciate! You never mentioned on any other shows whether you had seen this, so I thought I'd mention it. He has a video too.
Never have, Rev!
Hope we don't disappoint!
Hey Rev - I seem to be all blog happy for the moment. Really looking forward to next Friday and hearing you on Hauntcast again. Always fantastic! Also, this particular episode promises to be a special one to me.
I was inspired to post my first haunt blog entry today. I realize now that the inspiration was from Bryan of Blind Ambitions and really, from you too. I would appreciate any feedback you have on it.
Thanks Jim! I don't know why I dropped IndyMogul when I dropped out of the movie thing... I just never really thought about the potential crossover stuff. Very cool guys. And thanks for the compliment! Yeah I just needed to format for my own sake; I was getting really burnt out after 26 segments and wanted to take a little bit different tack. For all practical purposes, the Bestiary is just a specialized subsegment of ToM; I'll be doing the standard haunt design stuff most of the time. Stay tuned!
I was very gratified to hear you plug IndyMogul on Hauntcast 28. :-) I owe most of my 2010 costume to them. Also, I was worried TOTM was ending when I saw the Bestiary on the HC webpage. I am pleased we will sometimes get one and sometimes the other. You do good work Rev!
