  1. Lovely art work! SO cute to see your four-legged helper too! Even your inside decor looks maaaahvelous, simpleee maaahvelous! Thanks for sharing!
  2. I added some pictures of the panels before painting if you're interested
  3. I know what you mean. too many ideas, no time We start the work for 2010 Halloween on November 1st with 'off season' Halloween sale purchacing at the stores in town. I wanted to make a turret for the roof but our wind would destroy it too quickly Good luck & have a great Halloween
  4. Hallow and thanks for the tips! I would love to do something similar. As soon as I saw your pics - I sent them to my hubby (MysterE) who quickly replied "No MORE Ideas for this year!!" LOL Seems he is on overload thanks to the HF site. So many wonderful ideas - so little time! Guess we should start planning for 2010 already!
I like the idea that the foam helps keep it warm inside the garage. We never know if it will be cold or hot. That's Cincinnati for you! Thanks again and Happy Haunting . . .
    BOO!
  5. Hi HallowSusieBoo. Thanks for the comments Those panels in front of our garage were real easy & cheap! We went to Home Depot & bought 2 - 1.5"thick styrofoam insulation panels (They use them to insulate houses & basements up here ) We cut them to create windows (save the cut pieces for bricks, etc. The plastic skulls were bought @ a local dollar store & glued on, spray paint & touch up to make it look old & celophane on back of the windows & done all for about $40.00 cdn. We needed them as we do Halloween out of the garage & it's fricken cold in Alberta in October! The panels cut the wind from blowing in & the heater in the garage keeps us warm.
  6. Hallow rndywj! Welcome to the Forum! WOW!! Your garage looks - eh hee "welcoming?" hee hee - SOOO COOOL!! I love this idea. How did you make the window panels to flank the sides of the garage? This entire set up looks so fun! Would love to TOT at your house! But, with only 13 days to go - we are racing against time here in Ohio! Hope you have a grand and spooky 10/31 and . . . BOO!
