Yesterday was a great day for Madame Turlock. She finally got back to work on Morti and hopes to post updated pictures this weekend. I want to thank my Health & Fitness accountability pals for all the support and ideas they have shared this week. It's a fantabulous group of people and I'm feeling the strength in numbers as we focus on individual goals.

I am holding a couple of good friends close in my heart today as they face extra challenges in life. You know who you are. Just remember I am wishing you the best and will always be here for you as a supportive friend. Sending extra hugs and love your way!

I thought of all you guys in FL today when we hit 80 and I was sipping a Red Stripe on my deck as I grilled

Cold is O.K. with me but the combination of cold and wet is miserable. It's nice to know you have a connection to the good old Pacific Northwest. It's a great place to hike if you like that kind of activity.

I had a fabulous birthday! Thank you for asking. It was nothing that could compare to your day on the beach, but living in Washington State what can you expect. We are expecting temperatures in the 30's tomorrow and it's cold and wet outside now. Did you know that anyone who was born here has webbed feet? True story! (wink wink)

Well I must say you look pretty fit and fabulous lounging on the beach. However, I'm so happy to see you join our Health and Fitness Group. You may have to strong-arm some of use if we don't stay on track. Can you do that?
