Hi ollieee That Wally in the barrel looks great. That'll be a great prop. Maybe you'll be able to find some Root Beer in a brown plastic bottle somewhere. Or if all you can find is just clear plastic bottles. you might go to Wal-Mart, Michael's, Hobby Lobby, Nobbies, anyplace that has a good Arts and Crafts. Get you some ( Acrylic Enamel Paint. ) You can paint Glass or Plastic with it. Wal-Mart, Michael's, and Hobby Lobby, carries a brand called ( Folk Art. ) Hobby Lobby also carries a brand called ( Gallery Glass ) They are both quite good. Just use thin coats, until you get what you're going for. You may already know about this stuff, but just in case you didn't, thought I'd give you a heads up on it ! We use this stuff on alot of our props, and other things.
Hey Reaper Thanks for checking in. I've been kinda laying low and tinkering with a rum drinking wally skeleton in a barrel. Like to add something new each year. He needs a good lite weight rum bottle no glass. I'm thinking brown plastic root beer but still looking, any ideas would be appreciated. As of now I am pumping water through a water bottle just to get him set up.
