Hey Bethene, Happy Memorial Day. I am busy dipping chocolates to day but hubby is a Vietnam Vet so if he's feeling better we may head out to the parade & services in his hometown. Yes you had better enjoy your time ....life is different when they are home all the time!!lol Thanks so much on the coffin contest it was such fun & I am so happy to have my coffin done for halloween.

If I didn't say so before, congrats on the coffin contest, it truly is a work of art.
Not much going on here, having kids over for cook out, that's my exciting holiday, hubby works til 1, but that's ok, holiday pay and all. Plus peace and quiet for me . He is retiring in 4 weeks, so I need to enjoy it while I can!

Hello Friends it's great to hear from you all. I'm having a great wet, rainy day but that's the way it is in the spring in Washington. Here's a factoid for you. Did you know that people born in Washington are born with webbed toes...it's true. We always have to be prepared to swim like he** when it floods. (wink) I'm trying to catch up with outside projects so I can get back to work on Morti. We recently planted a small Orchard, 15 trees, and 8 varieties of berries. Why oh why do I make more work for myself...my back yard is huge with lots of weeding to keep up with. Ack!!! But the truth is I can't imagine life without seeing all the beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers. It's a love/hate thing. Kind of like living with teenagers. (smiles) See you all on line soon.

Yesterday was a great day for Madame Turlock. She finally got back to work on Morti and hopes to post updated pictures this weekend. I want to thank my Health & Fitness accountability pals for all the support and ideas they have shared this week. It's a fantabulous group of people and I'm feeling the strength in numbers as we focus on individual goals.

I am holding a couple of good friends close in my heart today as they face extra challenges in life. You know who you are. Just remember I am wishing you the best and will always be here for you as a supportive friend. Sending extra hugs and love your way!
