Hey, Erin. We do it at a hall not my home so we can go a little nuts haha. We had 6 foot tall numbers on the stage that said "1986" which we splattered with blacklight neon paints. We basically decorated like a prom, our colors were Pink, Green and Silver (no orange and black like a normal party). We had balloons with "lumi" lights in them and lots of crepe paper in those colors. We also set up a "prom photo" backdrop for pics. Out front we had balloons running down the railings and an old 55 gallon drum painted wit biohazard signs and neon green paint "spilling" out of it. I will try to post a lot of pics so check back. I am doing a 70s DISCO IS DEAD party next year. It will be partr Zombie part Disco. What kind of decorations did you use or have? I LOVE your zombie prom theme.
