The Carnitrope Corporation, or just Carnitrope Corp. Carnitrope is latin for "turns toward meat".

Monster guts used to sell pre wired LEDs that ran on a 9 volt battery. I didn't see them listed on their web site. But they might still sell them? I bought some from them the last two years and they were very inexpensive.

Do you just want two blue LEDs that you can insert through some drilled holes in the back of the skull eye sockets? If you can't find a solution, let me know. I can solder up a circuit real quick and send it to you. I've got a bunch of blue LEDs.

Ok Victim, I don't think you get on here very much, but I'm posting a picture of what's to come. You will be getting 2 boxes. This is one of them, but it's not quite finished. There's glass involved and I haven't had too much luck in the past shipping it without it breaking, so I wrapped it in lots of bubble wrap. Hopefully it gets there in one piece!

Just checking in to see how your holding up? Saw you had posted a few pics...love how everything is turning out...I've been being lazy, haven't gotten much done on my props...really need to pick up the pace :( I'm hoping our local halloween stores start opening so we can finally go costume shopping. I've found some really nice stuff at decent prices but reviews on sizing are leaving me at a loss. Why oh why must they list everything standard sizing...grrr. lol

I'm so glad you've been able to march on. your rendezvous sounds fun. I love camping, but I like all the spoils of convenience. I would be the one to thoughly enjoy visiting, and I would admire all you guys do. it would be great fun, but I would leave all the re enactment up to you guys.

oh look at you, very pretty. you don't need makeup. you guys are all so happy. well, you mentioned a rendezvous, but I didn't know what kind. in mason, they do a re enactment of the civil war. it's pretty cool. that is exciting you do that. so you sew as well. very cool. do you sell other stuff as well? in des moines they have a living history farm. they have different settlements. it starts out in the pioneers days, and each settlement is another decade. or something like that. ...

Got more sections of the railing built and started carrying them up to the balcony to install. I have to get some more cedar to finish, but it's a good start. I hope this doesn't make the house look less creepy. (I will be painting the railing white.) Most of the sections of railing have been carried up to the balcony and are waiting to be installed. Of course it started raining. Majority of the pieces tacked in place. Everything looks good. I need to go through and anchor to the...

First section of balcony railing is almost done. It's taking time, but I really want to get the right look. Pleased with the routering on the top and bottom railing. It takes some time with all the routering, but the finished product is nice. A detailed shot of the top rail. I'm very pleased with the look and it feels great to rest your hand on. Close up of the bottom rail. A bit hard to see, but it has the same under beveling as the top rail.

Not as much as I wanted to do, but with a bleeding finger I still managed to router the rest of the posts, place most of them, and start cutting and routering the railings. If I'm really lucky, I might get more done this afternoon. Work area with plenty of cedar sawdust and chips. Smells fantastic! Routered all the posts and positioned them on the balcony. Another shot of the balcony.

Starting the process of cutting all the balisters for the second floor balcony. Going to be a long day, but hopefully a productive one, too. Ah, that fresh smell of cedar. Heading back from Lowe's with more wood for the new railing. Glad 10 ft sections can fit in the van. Ripping down the sections of baluster to 2.5 in width.

    Thanks for the kind words.
I checked out your photos as well. The photo of the witch has excellent lighting.
Want to hear a funny story? I invested this year in a DMX lighting system. I spent the last month learning the programming and seting up my sequences. Wouldn't you know it, 60 minutes before I open on Halloween night my computer crashes in a big way. I had to grab a second computer, load the program, load in the model of lights and design the lighting sequence. Believe it or not I pulled it off in 55 minutes thankfully. Otherwise my lighting might have been a screw in light bulb.
