I'd feel guilty about resting my feet on it.

For the inside of a castle I would be more inclined to go with orange/amber lighting to simulate candle light or the light from a fireplace. I really like the greens and blues for castle outside walls. Perhaps you can locate some flickering bulbs or create your own. There was a tutorial long ago on building your own flicker circuit.

Hi and Welcome to the forum! :D We do have several resident experts on blowmolds on here, but not sure if they'll be active this time of year. There is always a small core group that visits year round, but the place gets hopping around July with all the planning and building. In any case, you can try using the search function to seek out blowmold threads from the past and hopefully some folks that have some knowledge will pop in here and help you out at some point.

What's at both ends of the hallway? I would want this to be a transition piece which blends the two adjacent areas. This could be a great area for an industrial area, rusty plumbing, the occasional burst pipe with quick dissipating fog coming out. The green LEDS would highlight the fog nicely too, I would also look to add a weathered effect to the walls due to the high winds. Perhaps, add tea staining or blood splatter spreading horizontal from the fan area. If you are into gore I would...

I would want to add faces. I could see making it look sort of rough/stone like, but actually just carve out screaming faces or skulls all the way from floor to ceiling.

I came across you on the forum, a fellow (fairly close) haunter. I'm about 3 hours West of you in Belleville. Checked out your haunt pics, looks great! I just do a little front yard display so I'm always in awe of the talents I see on this forum. All ready for the big day?

I am all right with motors. Frankly they are alot easier than you probably think. I've built a FCG, grave grabber, a lunging devil, a three headed tombstone peeper and a single tombstone peeper that I sent as part of my secret reaper package. I have the basic understanding of pneumatics but haven't built anything yet. I've only got one prop controller so it handles the devils for now. I am going to ask Santa for another prop controller for next year. My wife isn't into halloween so every time we take the kids to see Santa she whispers in his ear. I am pretty sure she's telling him I've been naughty because I never seem to get whats on my list. If there's something in particular that you want to build for next year let me know and we can work on it at some point. Some of time the toughest part is finding the right motor at a reasonable price.

I have no room to store pillars or a fence. If I did I would love to have some for my cemetary. If you add photos let me know when so I can check them out.
