its the spirit halloween one that stands up,when you walk by its eyes and jaw open then it leers forward to grab you.pretty cool i had to have.i built a toe pincher coffin to go around him too.my grandaughter doesnt get too close...lol

hey that prop that you got for free is a gemmy Hannibal Lecter I have him you definitely have the same prop all you have that is missing is the head and a straight jacket! Like all gemmy props they collapse for easy storage that is why it looks like its going to pop at you just push down on the top/shoulders there should be a knob on the back I am not sure if its still there if it is push down on it then push the prop gently up grabbing it by the shoulders then push up till you hear a clicking sound! Btw you said you were looking for a bat prop for your vampire prop what vampire prop do you have?

you might want to put fresh batteries in them,i think one was ok but the other wasnt feeling well.thx again
