Manic Mom.....got the crab pics for ya. Took two pics and they are posted in my profile pics. Crab measures 14" wide and about 11" deep. I've looked all over for a crab and lobster. In the second picture you can see the little lobster I had previously gotten off ebay...the crab that came with him is smaller. Do you want me to check Lowe's to see if they have any more? I could mail it if you want. I bought blue paint but my son said to keep him gray like the crabs in Pirates 3.

Hi Mem22 - sorry about the delayed response...this is my first visit to the forum in several weeks. The job & life in general got in the way... A pic of the crab would be cool! We were just at a Lowe's few weeks ago (not very close to our house), but missed the clearance table - darn! "Pirate Weekend" - just a focus on pirates as part of the Renaissance Faire that's out here in NorCal this month.

Hey MM....I saw your comment to Capt Jack about the crab in the potc ride. Guess what! I was walking through Lowe's two days ago and found a really nice one in their outdoor clearance item table. Perfect. Don't know what it's made of but it has a concrete like coating (parging) on the outside. My son says it reminds him of the crabs from Pirates 3. Buy some blue spray paint and bingo....you got an awesome blue crab!! Want me to take a pic for ya?

Good luck on your business trip! What is "Pirate Weekend"? Good in the northeast, getting signs that fall is quickly approaching...chilly nights and mornings. Soon the leaves will be changing and then brrrr....winter. Leaving on a motorcycle riding weekend Friday to ride in the Adirondack mountains....

I see the hidden Mickey on the bottom right....is it there by accident (shadows, etc.) or did he cut it into the wheel? So where's the thread you were going to start?

The prices have increased considerably this year but once you go Bucky you'll be hooked!!!! Thanks, you've got an awesome set-up yourself. Hi ManicMom.....welcome! Our family has been on two Disney Cruises, one four night and one three night and they are the greatest! We've also been to Wilderness Lodge several times and love it there too! Did you go to the Whispering Canyon restaurant at the Lodge? Wild huh? Did you like the "Pirates IN the Caribbean Deck Party after dinner? Did you stay up to watch the POTC movie on the main deck? Castaway Cay is absolutely awesome, isn't it? Have a drink at the bar all the way out on the point? Go to the Adult Beach? Did your kids go to the Kids Club on-board? I haven't gone to Disneyland yet but isn't Disney World huge? So many questions..LOL.
