  2. Hey, just to let you know....my Jack the Ripper is done! See him in the thread "The Ripper lives"
  3. Hey you! Good to hear from you. Yes you are quite right...I AM up to something, LOL

I have made all the body parts for my "Jack the Ripper" of London. I have tried out the new method I came up with (Search up the thread "A wacky Idea") for making the body .

So far ,so good. I am now filling the parts with an inside wall/layer of Great Stuff Foam so Jack will be strong, durable, and solid enough to last years. I don't want to boast, but this method has worked out better than I ever imagined . And it is megga cheap. only thing is ...you may not invest much money, BUT yes, you do invest more time than pvc, chicken wire, wood armature etc. etc.

I am looking forward to playing Dr.Frankenstein and assembling the body parts into a life size man. (LIFE! LIFE! DO YOU HEAR.....GIVE MY CREATION LIFE !!!!!!) Muh hahahaha!!!!!!
  4. Ok, I know you are up to something, lets see what you have been working on for this year...............
  5. Hey obcessedwithit, Sorry it took me so long to reply to your message. Trying to do last minute touches to props. Go to "Props"and look for "MMMM...Tastes like chicken" That's what kept me away from the forum for a bit. No rest for the wicked you know! LOL!
  6. Hey, where you been hiding or better yet what are you working...on?
  7. Hi Obcessed with it, Yes I'm a Tarheel! I live in Newton NC. Next to Hickory. Yes it IS good to know there are a few of us haunters here. Alas, a lot of folks in our state are far too conservative too get into the Halloween spirit . In my area folks tend to be a bit on the fanatic side when it comes to there religion and are convinced things connected with Halloween is somehow "Satanic". (They think I'm nuts for my "Night of the living dead" display on Halloween night out on the front lawn) Aw well, it's their loss, right? We "Tarheel haunters" should get together some time! Form a Hunt chapter or something to help keep Halloween alive in our area.
  8. Hi Mark,

Just looking through some stuff here and noticed you are from NC as well. I live in Bethel NC just north of Greenville. It's nice to know there are fellow haunters in the general area.
