I ended up beefing them up more due to the fact that I was using 3/4" pink foamboard, and it needed the extra support. I originally only had horizontal support every 2 feet. The weight is starting to get up there, with the joint compound and drylok not helping, but I'd estimate they are still under 30 lbs. each.
Wow. You're columns are a lot beefier than mine. I tried to make mine really light, but yours will last a lot longer than mine. Are they getting heavy? I checked out your yard haunt too. Very nice. We appear to be doing things along the same wave length. ..scary...haha
