Bondex is just a brand of joint compound, the type I used on my columns this past May. Good luck on the gargoyles, haven't seen many options out there this season.
Actually, I didn't use bondex... Texture is from applying joint compound, with a couple of coats of dry-lok, and then weathered. Now if I could just find some cheap, correctly sized gargoyles for the top.
