Small West Cemetary and the back of the Witches Coven
The large, dark structure in the center is the Witches Coven that opens onto the sidewalk to the driveway. Overhead is the "floating" ghoul that is backlit with a red LED spot and has red LED eyes. Looks better when that room light is out. Also seen are the small Gargoyles with yellow eyes.
