The caretaker head turns side to side with motion sensor, on the tumbstone with the sculls head is operated with a wiper motor so the scull slowly pops up then goes back down. The reaper is operated with a fan motor which moves his hand with the devils fork up and down pushing a guy down in the ground were there are legs kicking (operated with a wiper motor). Each year I try to get moer animated.
