Happy Mother's Day! Wanted to let you know, we finally got a firm date for May with the makeup artist, Sunday the 22nd. Gonna be fun!
Sunday's are good! Month of May will be grand and I'll hope for no conflicts. I need a good make-up lesson for sure! LOL I'll be looking for your info on the date and location for sure. Now the big question - How on earth did you score a new house in a development called "Hidden Valley?!?!" SOunds too good to be true!! thin of the "Hidden" fun you can have with a haunt theme! Crossing my fingers for May with hopes of hanging out with all you and the gang - Boo!
Sounds like your going to have a busy weekend with that Kitefest. We moved the meet to Sunday the 10th as opposed to Saturday, seems too many have conflicts with Saturday meets. I don't know if that will make a difference in the future or not for you. For May, we are meeting in Hamilton at another member's house and I am getting us a guest demo. One of the Makeup Artists from Dent School house is coming! I can't wait for that. As for moving,, sorry to say we are not moving down the street from you, that would be fun! But actually we are moving just over the border into Indiana. Hidden Valley, just a few minutes off 275. That gets us close to family, as right now our family is 45 mins to an hour away. We are getting a bigger house and yard! And best of all, we are in an area where nobody even comes close to decorating like us (according to our family) and we will still be in a subdivision type area where we get the TOT's.
April 9th! POOP!! We will be working at the Airwaves KiteFest at Voice of America Park all weekend - one of WGUC's big events, so I will be volunteering for the station (and hubby) Hey - got an idea! Maybe move the foam carving to the Airwaves Kitefest! Then thousands would be onboard to make flying zombies, etc.! LOL Well - take lot of pics and be sure to post... Now - what's this about "moving!?!" Are you moving into the house that just sold down our street? Just think of the decorating madness we would have come October!! Hope your move goes well an that it is not too far away. Rich and I send out best to you and Doug...BOO! Bug hugs and stay tuned!
You guys were missed, I was asked from some if I had heard from you. Our Prop Swap was fun, Doug and I bought more than we should have, especially since we are moving in 6 weeks! Our next meet is April 9th, we are going to do tombstones, there will be all sorts of foam cutting/decorating tools available to try, should be lots of fun. For May, a member in Hamilton is going to host as Doug and I will be unable due to moving. Hope all is well with you and yours!
