im wanting to make a coffin too, im sure its a staple for halloween lol. w'ere starting to get some pallets and will use the wood from them to make a coffin and use it as storage and a work table in the craft room as well as a prop..multi purpose
and also going to use the wood pallets to make shelves all the way around the room close to the ceiling to display things year round.

I like all the holidays and go overboard on decorating. I imagine that is a common trait on this site. I have been deployed for 3 of the last 5 Halloweens, Christmases, holidays and birthdays though so when I am home, I try to enjoy them to the max. I have only made a few props so far...a coffin, fog chiller, simple things like that

do you make props and stuff or just like seeing what others make? if so, what kind of things have you made?
ive been working on a few things like, a life size zombie Dr. and a killer creeping pumpkin and a few zombie dolls.

People are very generous with sending care packages to us but thanks for asking. I forgot to ask you but are you from Alabama too?

my brothers home station is at Ft. Hood Texas. he wont tell us where in iraq, i guess he doesnt want us to worry?? but we do anyway of coarse. he says they are moving soon. again he wont tell us where. or actually he says he cant tell us where.

Hello. Yes, I am in the Air Force but my home station is Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL, an Army base. I am currently deployed to Kabul, Afghanistan with the Army so I am starting to wonder which service I am actually in! Where in Iraq is your brother? I was in Baghdad in 2007-2008
