well, went for walk last night, not long, only half a hour but figured I needed to get out and do something, the good news is i got on the scale again, and didn't gain any weight, so today, back to business!! I was so depressed trying on clothes to wear to these things, I am sticking with this for sure!!
Hey Beth, Your new avatar looks great, really creepy. Sorry to hear about the diet crash, but don't despair. Sometimes we do just need to have fun. We had a family get together today, and I was pretty careful. Small piece of chicken, LOTS of broccoli, and a tiny sliver of cake just to make my mother happy. I refused the bread with dinner. LOL. Also had lots of fresh fruit before dinner. We're doing good, just don't get too careless. It is hard to get back on track if you stray too far. Rememer...I AM WATCHING YOU!!! HA HA!
hey, JW, didn't do so good at the parties this week end, but that is ok, I had fun!! (especially the anniversary party, had a few beers, calorie ladden, yes, but WTH, I had fun!!!! ) and had cake at both the graduation parties, but had alot of veggies to balance it out! LOL!
JW, I hope your hip is doing better, I did some yard work yesterday , stuff like shoveling and hauling dirt, digging patio stones, and last night I ached so bad, I was going to go for a walk and didn't. I have to check in for the diet thing too, I lost some of last weeks from camping but have some, hope you feel better, if you come up with anything later, let me know, take care my friend!
The semi-sheer with lights sounds good. Sorry your other idea isn't working out. I am so tired today, I can't think creatively. I hurt my hip yesterday trying to play some Wii games with my daughter. Taking some mild pain killers, and lack of sleep is making me muddle headed today. That is why I haven't even checked in for our weekly weigh-in yet. I will do that tomorrow. Sorry I am not more help.
hi JW, well, am not sure about the thing I was going to make for the haunt forum contest, the disco light doesn't seem as bright as I wanted, need to figure out why, just alone in the room it does, but when I want it to go in the hood ares,. it doesn;t show up well. and not at all in a mirror, I also thought of just using it in the hood space, and use a semi sheer covering for the "face" with lights. don't know what to do, need to decide quick, only a month. maybe the tree thing is better. if I can't get this to be what I want it to be, not sure,,,any ideas or suggestions?
off camping, will be back friday for a bit, then back out Sat. will check in Friday~ have a good week
