  1. We did go away for a few days last month to the northern part of Vermont. Stayed in this very old hotel that is said to be haunted (one of the reasons I picked that particular place), unfortunately we never saw anything but it would have been quite an experience if we did! We have a smaller secondary greenhouse we put up on Sunday, quite a chore in the wind but we got it done. Running out of space in the first greenhouse so had to do something, I'll be ready to see some of them go to new homes in another month or so.
  2. humm, not sure why I thought you went on a trip, must be old age setting in! sounds nice in your green house, it would be peaceful reading among the plants! Hope your pumpkins do well, give you a humungous one!!!
  3. I'm doing good, been busy with tending to the hundreds of tomato and pepper plants we have growing out in our greenhouse, they are all doing great and hopefully they will all be sold accept for the few we will keep for ourselves. I love spending time out in the greenhouse, even if I'm not planting or transplanting I take a good book and just go and relax. We'll be getting our pumpkin seeds started pretty soon. Last fall we moved our pumpkin patch over just a bit so the plants will get more sun and hopefully we will get a monster pumpkin again by September. Our anniversary isn't until June, we have a really nice cottage reserved right on the lake, really looking forward to that.
Hope everything works out and you get the house, that would be wonderful! Cathedral ceilings, how nice is that? Right now we can only have a tree about 6 feet, too much higher and the angels wings rub on the ceiling! lol
Well, gotta run and take care of a few things. take care and ttyl!
  4. hi Julianne,, Happy Easter,, how have you been? haven't seen you on FB in a while, did you have a nice anniversary trip??
We are trying to buy a house, will find out tomorrow about our bid, we won't have any tot'ers there, so will really need the park haunt, but will have a cathedral ceiling to have a huge christmas tree, which I have always wanted, if we get it will tell you all about it! got any of your plants started yet? too early here for out doors,we usually just buy tomato plants in the little package, gave up on pumpkins long ago,, but am impressed with what you do!
  5. Hope you are having a very Happy Easter my friend!
  6. thank you , Sweetie~
  7. Happy Birthday Beth!
  8. Oh Beth, I'm sorry to hear that, sure hope you feel better soon. We didn't do much to ring in the new year last night. We had a party here Friday night with a few friends so the hubby and I finished up what was left of the goodies and sat and watched Dick Clark in New York ring in 2012. I cooked a big ham for dinner today, just finished up a little while ago, the hubby offered to do all the dishes, yayyyy!
Just lounging around now checking on whats new here and fb. Take care my friend and Happy New Year! Sure hope 2012 is much better than the last one! ttyl
