Thanks Doc. I asked a neighbor and he confirmed my suspicions. He can't remember the last time he had a trick or treater. However, I have a good friend that lives over at the military housing area. He and his wife are going to let us haunt their house as they get lots of trick or treaters out there...
Hi johnnyD.. I live in Salinas, and we get over 500 ToTers at my place. I am not aware of any pro haunts in this area, which is sad, but SantaCruz used to have one called Terror on Beach St. Not sure if it's still around though. Your best bet for celebrating Halloween around here is to haunt your own yard, start your own charity haunt, or throw/attend a party. Haunting your own yard may not be a bad idea, as alot of ToTers we get drive in. not sure about Monterey, I don't live there, I just work there.
Hey Doc - I moved out to Monterey in February. I used to haunt a townhouse back in Maryland. What's Halloween like here? I don't think we get many trick or treaters in the neighborhood we live in (mostly retirees). Any good haunts you can recommend? John
