    We're out in the Blue Sky industrial park (close to the Richmond Rd. / I-75 intersection). The majority of our space is dedicated to MMA and Combatives but we've got a weight training area for our students to use. We've got two squat cages, a bunch of Olympic weights, a sled, some kettlebells, a tire/sledge hammer, etc. I wish we had bumper plates....that would be sweet!

    Wow, another Lexingtonian! Awesome!
    How long have you been lifting at LAC? One of my friends used to be a trainer there before school started taking up all his time (working on a PhD in Exercise Physiology). I used to lift there but that was nearly five years ago.
