The hardest part is drilling and sealing the holes. I dont have the chiller inside, but I believe that I used 2" pipe. Here is a quick shot down into the cooler.

The fog comes in the pipe on the right side, goes through the 90 degree bend and up to the top. You fill the cooler up with ice on TOP of the mesh screen. (And my mesh screen is I believe halfway down the cooler) The fog works its way down through the ice, into the lower chamber where the bag on the outlet port holds it inside the cooler while it super cools. Then it exits out through the short straight tube and through the bag. Simple, easy and effective.

Let me know if you have any questions!
