LED Spotlight Kits

Hey all, and welcome!
First, a mini, tentative update. Additional testing and calculations tell me I oughtta tighten up the use suggestions. Namely, I'm going to recommend these only be used with regulated 5V supplies. These should be pretty easy to come by, if you don't have one already. Secondly, I'm still staring down a design decision on the resistor values. Using these with a Medusa DMX (or other product using ULN2003 outputs) will be a little different than hooking up directly

I have always wanted to animate my Jack Skellington and also build an animated Oogey Boogey. I would use the servos to animate the heads for both and incorporate the LEDs for lighting using the relays to control the LEDs.
I would have them both singing

Howdy! As my first (and only?) blog post, I'd like to summarize and wrap up the win-a-Medusa-DMX design contest.
My apologies to anyone confused by the way the contest played out. I wasn't aware there were so many rules here on this type of post. It turns out, there was nowhere on the forum I could post this, have people reply to the thread, and then vote on it.
