Howdy, I held back on writing you because I didn't want Bethene to release her flying monkeys on me! I'm glad you like your prop. I thought it would go good in your house (or on your steps) and not stand out too much from what I seen in your pictures. As to how it should go, it is totally up to you. I made it so you could move the heads in whatever direction you wanted. The crow was to go on a skull, but i couldn't find a box big enough, so I left it up to you. I'm just glad you liked it, this was my first time be a "reaper". Pressure and worry is gone now. Enjoy.
