Just came in from the pumpkin patch a little while ago, my hubby measured the larger one and said it grew 3 inches in circumference overnight, hopefully it keeps going. I have to look back on last years pumpkins and the growth rates then to see where we are at, right now I feel as we are way behind. I will try and send you a pic or post them on my page sometime soon. Chat was alot of fun last night, wished you could have joined us. We will just have to do it again soon! Have another Klondike bar in the freezer that has my name all over it, think I'll go indulge and call it an early night tonight. See ya later!

I agree that garage sales are alot of work, my mom has been asking me if we are going to have one this year, I do have alot of boxes of stuff in my basement I would like to get rid of so maybe.
Dinner was very good, I topped it off with a Klondike bar just a little while ago!

I know sounds crazy huh? I live in Vermont, the weather has been kinda unusual here this summer. Hard to believe we are almost into August, where has the summer gone?
I do have some good news, my Dad got his test results back today from his check-up last week, the Lymphoma is still gone so cancer free, yay!
Those muffins sound yummy, I'm headed for my kitchen to make dinner soon. Steak, baked potato, and corn on the cob. Yummmmmmm!

Alaska as a hoot. My mother in law took the entire extended family. (and we all got along ) We have know aout the celiac for about 8 years. It is certainly a drag, but if this is the only cross they have to bear, they will be pretty lucky. I did participate in lasts years reaper! It was a hoot. So I am definiately signed up this year! Who know...maybe there will be a doll in my future??? jk - What plans do have for this years haunt and do you have your eye on any new prop?

Today started off nice, went over to my parents place to help weed out their garden, got rained on but we need it bad here. Tonight it has dropped to 59 degrees, now I'm freezing. lol I just swaped the shorts and t-shirt for a sweatshirt and pants. Not sure what the rest of the week looks like yet, I have houses to clean the next three days so hopefully the temps wont be too brutal.

I saw my hubby walking to the mulch pile with another small pumpkin the next day, so far we have lost five. I'm really beginning to wonder what kind of crop we'll have this year.
