Yes my girls are home but they seem to spend most of their time out visiting friends. Oh well, I'm just glad they're here. Last night they came home late and brought girlfriends to sleep over. My son also had a couple of boys sleep over, so we really had a full house. . I finally had a few minutes to sit down the other day. I sent you a PM. I hope you got it. I know what you mean about the snow, I don't miss it one bit!!! I hope you guys have a mild winter. I worry about my mom. She insists on snow blowing herself. She refuses to hire anyone. I told her that I would pay for it but she is stubborn. Dam those Iowa sensabilities! . She is elderly and lives alone. I worry about her falling in the house let alone outside. She fell inside several weeks back. I know my dad was looking out for her because Somehow I just "knew" I had to call. Then something kept telling me to call my aunt And ask her to go check and if need be get her to the hospital. Thankfully she is fine. Any more word on your surgery?
Are you working Christmas or do you think you'll get it off? If so will you have everyone to your house? I am pretty much ready. I still have to do all my wrapping and need pick up a couple things for the stockings.
Ok... Just saw the lotto chatter. If I were ever to win, one thing I would most definitely do would be to grab all my girlfriends here on the forum and fly everyone all expenses paid and go to a haunt convention. Then we would spend time eating, drinking, and being merry! Oh we would also need to add some shopping therapy!!!

LOL! well, they both live a couple of hours away,,,, about any way,,,but doable! and while we are down by CC,, we could drop by THL, and Spooki, and JW,,, then head back up north and get Gobby and Julianne, and while we are at it,, MHooch too!!!! if we are going to plan a dream , we might as well dream big!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah, no kidding! I don't think it would wreak my life, I am not one who would go crazy with the money, don't get me wrong, have a wish list,,, but I just am not the kind to be over the top, would buy a house right on lake michigan,,,,go see all my forum friends,,,,pay my daughter a but load of money to come home,,,, things like that,,,,,and have you heard about people paying peoples layaways at kmart? to help some one who needs it , and do it secretly would be so much fun!!! sigh.... but doubt I will ever win the lottery!! oh well,, back to reality!

well, all men can be butts!! LOL!! I know what you mean about it being done already, waiting is the worse! I had foot surgery about 10 years ago,and just before I was to go in they called and asked if I minded if I pushed it back, for a emergency surgery,, I said no prob, but was frustrated by the wait, I mean I would want someone to do that for me , that is why I did it,,, but waiting when I thought I would be done was hard,,,,,,weather hear has been good for december at any rate, no snow and they are talking a green christmas, maybe a dusting,,,, which is fine by me,,,, but if my daughter was coming home I would feel bad,, she says she misses the snow at christmas,,,, I just hope we don';t get blasted after the new year,,,,,

well, at least you were informed of what is going on with the surgery,, I hope the financial place can help!!
yeah, it is nice having a longer lunch, we do have to go back to work afterwards, booo, but still it is nice,,, the bonus's are based on how much you earned, but they sorta lump groups together, higher amounts, middle amounts, and lower amounts,,, I think I am middle, usually am.....
sorry you and hubby are on tense terms, I have been there and it is no fun, I also am sorry about the gift situation with hubby,,,, he needs a swift kick in the arse!!! a new coat is nice from your daughter! let me know when you are going in for surgery,,,,take care and enjoy your day off!!

hi my friend,, saw you have had the surgery put on "hold" what a shame,,,, doc;s need to be better with folks and no insurance, I hope you get help with it!! sounds fun, the bingo party, and 145 bucks,,,, that is SO cool!!! and at the holidays too!! and a fuzzy blanket to boot!! we only have a small party, get pizza and pop and a hour instead of a half hour lunch, then later we get our bonus,, hope it is decent this year!! need to finish my shopping, almost done but for a few things, but still,,, want to get a few more things for my son,,,,,,and hubby's b-day is the 26th,,, am thinking of getting him a history book of the town we grew up in, am part of a group on face book and he likes to look at the pics on line, so thought the book might be a good present,,,,, he is so hard to buy for.....well, have a good rest of the week end, TTYL!!
