Hi Hallo, I am glad you too were able to find the "marshmellow" ghost on a pumpkin for your display. Was that the 13th? Anyway, hope you are having fun setting up. I know I am. And I've been taking photos like a maniac for my albums. Last year, I didn't get photos of everything, so am trying to do better this year. Maybe I have gone overboard at this point, lol.

Yeah, it was rotting on the inside, for just how long who knows. We had no idea, it looked perfectly fine and solid as a rock from the outside. Giant pumpkin growing is fun but also very heartbreaking, even the big competition growers say the same, makes me wonder if I want to do it again next year. Before I forget, went to watch the New England weigh-off in MA on Friday afternoon, a grower from Rhode Island set a new world record, 2009 pounds. Pretty unbelievable eh?

hi Hallo,, I do not think I am doing my first camping haunt, I just dont' have it in me, I got in a fight with my son,, mostly ciz his dad jumped all over him,, and he took it out on me,, about the messy basement, and he chimed in that i have all this crap that clutters up every thing even though I only use it such a short time,, I don't know was thinking I have to much to do anyway,, with both reapers,, cards.. etc,, my heart is not in this thing this year for some reason,, I will do next week for sure but am thinking it will be my last one.. .. will do my house yet. such as it is,, not many people ever see it,, but still,, sigh,,,, just very down and weepy,,

Haven't gotten around to posting any pictures here, I do have a pic over on my FB page of this years giants, actually it is my profile pic over there. Sadly, last Thursday I came home from work to have my husband tell me our biggest pumpkin ( 550 pounds) had blown out or just basically collapsed on itself. I was devastated, all that hard work and time that goes into them and to have this happen and only a month away from Halloween. We would have carved it out and it would've lined our driveway with the others. Oh well, there is always next year and I harvested as many seeds from it as I could, I'll plant a few next spring. We got our temporary 'warehouse' set up in our backyard last night to put all the Halloween props when they come out of storage in a few days. Planning on doing a pirate ship scene this year, should be interesting and alot of fun. Guess I better get off my fanny and get busy cleaning my house. Hope u and yours are doing well!

OH hallorenescene! You are so talented!! I have always loved your dolls - and whenever I need a little creative inspiration - I lurk into your albums. You really have a knack for doll making. Did you ever consider setting up an Etsy shop to sell your original dolls? You would be a "mill - a - nair"

That Munster doll is cute too. Nice score! I am swamped today with a chore list - and have started to drag boxes and bins up from the...duhn duhn duuuuuh --- BASEMENT!!! EEEEK!!! Stay tuned!

Oh MY hallo!! You Rescue Reaped yourself!! LOL -- I read the thread today and saw several that haven't been reaped yet. My victim hasn't posted any pics yet - and I am reluctant to make a big deal of it...yet. The month is young - and besides -- I was late in sending so perhaps they are late in sharing. Bethene has her hands full each year managing all the ups and downs of Secret Reaper. She really keeps her cool. I offered to be a RR for those that don't get theirs. I will wait to see if she needs me. Maybe I can be YOUR Rescue Reaper!! I know your theme already -- and I know you want tickets to your Grandson's school play. Hmmm - can you send me the phone number of the school box office. I am just curious, ya know....? Well - I COULD send you a couple cans of Skyline CHili and then that would make MsMeeples fume. LOL Anyway - I hope bethie knows what is going on with yours and I hope yours is not the one lost in shipping...

no,, for sure it was from you,, threw the envelope out. but it is from you,, but I can sorta tell by the verse that you maybe was making it for some one else,,, which is ok,, and, also I misspoke,, it is a bat on a springy thing, with a spider web on the front,, Oh wow,, how much fun!! a thrift store,,, but yeah,, money money! I hope it goes well with it,, if I was closer I would frequent it alot!!! I love thrift stores, we have 7 in a close range to me, and I take turns going to them all the time!
