Sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday. I wasn't feeling well and took a nap. I woke up quite late. I'm OK now.

As a matter of fact, Ruth Buzzi, in her heyday, wasn't bad. I remember a comedy sketch she did years ago with Dom DeLuise. He was a magician, and she was his assistant. She had a goofy expression on her face the whole time. My mother thought it was pretty funny. I told her that the woman playing the assistant was much more attractive than she looked there. She found it hard to believe until she saw her later in the show.

Of course, most of us remember her as Gladys Ormphby from Laugh-In. She looked like she had been rode hard and put away wet. But we loved her.

Ithink I know what I am making for the christmas contest, I have a wood sleigh that I have had for years that I want to paint,it is about 2 foot long, or so, and I know how I want to paint it, plus maybe, depending on the $$ make a santa to stand next to it. It isn't a super cool out door one, but is one that I know that I would use in my house.well, have a good week end!

well, silly me, i forgot to type in the dollar sign, so the challenge is the 20 dollar challange, who can make the best prop, for under 20 dollars. 2 years ago dead spider won, and Krough, a friend of dead spider were both in it, they are fantastic, so I figure, I wouldn't have a chance, so I didn't try last year, and of course, they did n't do it, and I should of tried, so whether or not they are in it, I will at least consider it, if you have never seen dead spiders blog site, it goes under arachemeurda, I believe, actually go to Madame Turrocks blog site, she has a link it . Before I knew about any of the halloween forums, I used to go to monster list, also just look on line for good sites to learn from, and found hers and was instantly a fan, she does awesome work. But anyway, I got a fur vest at salvation army when I was looking for fur for the werewolf, and plus the rat for 1 buck at a barn sale,going to use foil on the head, and mache over it for the bat head, should be under 20 dollars.

The black support hose are comfortable. I have to wear one on my right leg for my foot.

The corset/bra is a stretchable rubber that I can just step in and pull up. Not a real corset!

I have these black support hose ( that I need for my left foot) that can act as stockings.

I also have a bra/corset for the Granny/Aunt costume. Do you think that I should use that?

Just need to use a little eye pencil to darken my eyebrows so that they come out darker in the pictures. Don't need any other makeup. Nun's don't use makeup.

yup, I think the bat will be mache, also fur, at party city and halloween usa they have huge bats but for alot ofmoney, 30 - 60 bucks, so decided to try to and make my own, I have a rat that I am going to use to make the head, mache over it, and then make the body, if the haunt forum has their 20 challenge this year I might make the bat for that, I don't know.
I think I am going to make something for the christmas forum, but still thinking on what, will let you know when I decide, well, have a good friday!

I have a pair of "granny" glasses to go with the outfit. And I can use my pair of black support hose as stockings.

I still have to go try the costume on to see if I can wear it. I am a lot heavier than Donna's father. Keep your fingers crossed.

Now do you think Sister Mary Prudence would cut up too much?
