Hey lady, I was just reviewing an old thread of yours showing your voodoo skulls. Do you by chance have a picture of how you cut the original plastic skulls? I don't quite get it? I am sort or slow on the uptake! Lol.
Yay.... You did it!!!! :D Oh my word you are funny! Frankly I'm not very technologically advanced either. Luckily when I started the forums my kids were still here so they helped me a lot! Now I can not only make my way around here pretty well, but I am on Pinterest and I can also edit photos and graphics that I find to make forum greeting cards. Beyond that however I'm pretty worthless! :o
You must be getting excited about the wedding. Do you like your soon to be daughter in law?
So I popped over to say and noticed that you replied to my last message on your profile page and not mine. Dude, had I not stopped by I would never have know you responded. I thought you maybe you forgot about me! :eek:Lol.
Did your son get married yet and if so are you starting to get into prop mode yet? I can't wait to hear about what you're up too.
Ok, this time remember.... Answer on my page not yours! Teehee ;) :D
Yup, my feelings exactly! This reminds me of one of my favorite stories from when my kids were really really young. One of them was very angry at me for something and tearfully told me that I was the meanest mom they ever had! Lol
Oh my god Saki, you need to be careful and SLOW DOWN!!!!! First we would miss you waaaaay too much if something happened and second a ticket at that speed would be very, very expensive!!! Where the dump can you go that fast anyway?
Ya... I'm not sure it's much better in South Carolina. Where in Florida are you located? It's just down right hot and sticky. That's my most recent excuse anyway! Lol
We have traveled a lot this summer. Two weeks in Italy, a week at the beach, and a week in Southern California. Although I typically like traveling, this was a bit much. I could easily have only done Italy, but our beach trip is locked (timeshare) and the Cali trip was for my brother in laws wedding.
Next month we get the joy...
I think you did a really nice job and agree with Garth about it being very comparable to the original! I like the white face because it's skull like but playing around with your colors and fabrics might provide some interesting results. Nice work.
I just looked at your ghosts ship pirate projects. They are looking just fabulous!!!!! Did you paint the seaweed and how did you make the barrel? Impressive! As far as my theme.... I ain't got nothin!!!
Sorry, I will try tomorrow. It had been a long hot day. Yard work, followed by cleaning, culling, and organizing hubbies closet. Then gave the big dog a bath. I had finally gotten in the shower. (As you might have deduced from my screeching) lol
I had a good holiday season. Now, it's only July and I'm getting a bit overwhelmed with my Halloween projects. There's so much I need to do and I haven't started. How is your summer going? I am trying to convince myself to have a Witch's Party this year.
^ Ya..... Every year that is my intention but sadly I never follow through. Kudos to you though that's really is the best way to approach it. I can't wait to see what you've done. When you return from the internet free wilderness I would love you send me some pics!
