You most certainly aren't. I think it is normal. We are naturally drawn to what we like when we shop. :-) I'm glad my Reapee isn't into gore because I would have a hard time shopping for it. It's doesn't scare me or gross me out, just don't like it. I think my Reapee is crafty so I'm hoping they like my gifts.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who liked what they got their reaper and thought about it or did keep it. >
