Hi to you too!! I will hope to get a few good pics as my "hearse" takes shape. So far - our parts list includes: 1 salvaged wooden pallet noticed sticking out of a nearby construction dumpster, 4 "wagon wheels" on sale at Big Lots from 75% off garden decor, six decorative wood railing spindles and 2 railing tracks - also wood - from Home Depot and a sheet of plywood cut by HD to make the top. We priced plexiglass sheets to make the windows for looking in on the coffin - but yikes! $40. each - and we would need 2!! Still - so far we are well below the $3500. that someone was asking for a Scarefactory version on EBay. We need to make the axles (black gas pipe seems possible) and a seat for the coachman. Then paint, creeping it up and the coffin/contents. Plus I guess we will need to figure out some lighting since it will be cool to be able to look in on the coffin inside the carriage at night. Eeegads - only six weeks to go!
