You could do something like a polkadot them or stripes or even just go with a color. I was able to get my pooh bear stuff at walmart though.

You know, my girls have never even seen Elmo...lucky for me

Also, just to give you ideas, we did a pooh bear theme for their first birthday.

I think we are doing a Dora the Explorer party. My girls love Dora. Any time they see her they freak out and start screaming Dodo. Lol, yes they call her Dodo.
