    Hey Doc!
Have a great time in Ireland!
It's a shame you're not coming to London, I would love to show you around some of our great cemeteries and drink a few beers!

    Take good care my friend.

    Good Morning Doctor.
I agree, paying nearly half as much again in shipping costs does seem a little excessive. But as they don't seem to be available in Europe at all, we appear to have little choice.
I will probably purchase some, but may wait until the £/$ exchange rate is a little better. the low value of the £ at the moment is making purchases from the states very expensive at present.
I am currently working on a grounbreaker coffin. it is a bit of an "exercise" really, to see if I can make a fairly decent prop and spend next to no money in doing so! My neighbours threw out some old bedroom furniture which I salvaged. the rest has been made from stuff lying around in my garage or salvaged from the trash at work. O.k..so it's not Hollywood quality, but I am quite pleased with it..I'll be posting some pics on the forum quite soon.

Take care, and have a great weekend!

    Good evening my friend.
So..your bones have finally arrived! I have been looking at the photo's in your album, and they certainly seem to be of good quality..much better than anything we can obtain here.
In your opinion, do they represent good value for money? I mean, even if one had to pay the shipping from the U.S would they still be good value?
I'm sure you have lots of ideas for them and can't wait to get to work!
I am actually quite proud of myself as I have actually made a start on my first prop for this year! I have many projects planned..I'm hoping that I'll get at least some of them finished before october!

    With kind regards,

    Baron S.

    Good evening Doc.
You honour me with your comments. I have wanted to do this figure for a long while, but there is little reference material available. I ended up basing the sculpt on an acton figure by McFarlane but had lots of problems before I was happy with it.
So..Your precious cargo of bones is halfway there...thats great news! It seems as though the dispatch time from this company is very good. How long before your friend arrives in France? Be sure to tell me what you think when they arrive! some photo's would be nice too..the photo's they have on the websites are not very detailed.

    Have a great weekend.

    Avec meilleures salutations.

    Good afternoon Doc.
So your friend is bringing you fresh bones from Canada...that should raise a few eyebrows at the customs when she arrives back in France!
I will be very interested to hear from you when they arrive, as to their quality and value for money, although their prices do seem very reasonable.
I am currently working on a new figure. it's the Dracula Bat from "Bram Stokers Dracula". I have had a lot of problems with it. i was not happy with the initial sculpt, and then when I got that right, we had some problems with the moulds. there are some pre-production pics in my Movie Monsters album if you are interested. Really.. I must start on some Halloween props soon..there is so much i need to do!!
Great to hear from you, catch you around on the Forum!!

    Best regards.

Hey Doc! great to hear from you. I was beginning to wonder where you had disappeared to. Glad to know things are cool.
As for France being stuck in the 19th Century, That would suit me just fine!...Aaahhh..19th Century Paris appeals to an old romantic like myself.
