Hi Baron! I am back from the dead, just wanted to thank you for your kind messages. I came back from Ireland (where I had a wonderful time!) a month ago and then I was too busy to answer, sorry for that. I will try to be more active on the forum now. Don't worry Hightgate cemetery is next... take care & see ya!
Hi Doc. Hope things are OK. Just dropped by to wish you a Happy Birthday!!
To say I hope you had a good time in Ireland, and a fantastic Halloween! Chat soon. Baron S.
Hey Doc! Have a great time in Ireland! It's a shame you're not coming to London, I would love to show you around some of our great cemeteries and drink a few beers! Take good care my friend. Baron S.
Hi Baron! Thanks for your kind message. I do have no more the time to chat on the forum, next week I am flying to Ireland and spend a few monthes there. So next Halloween is going to be an original one!! By the way your Dracula figure is turning awesome, can wait to see the final result. Take care dear Baron.
Hi Doc! Long time no chat! I hope things are good with you, and that your Halloween preparation is on schedule! Drop me a line if you get a chance. Kind regards, Baron S.
Good Morning Doctor. I agree, paying nearly half as much again in shipping costs does seem a little excessive. But as they don't seem to be available in Europe at all, we appear to have little choice. I will probably purchase some, but may wait until the £/$ exchange rate is a little better. the low value of the £ at the moment is making purchases from the states very expensive at present. I am currently working on a grounbreaker coffin. it is a bit of an "exercise" really, to see if I can make a fairly decent prop and spend next to no money in doing so! My neighbours threw out some old bedroom furniture which I salvaged. the rest has been made from stuff lying around in my garage or salvaged from the trash at work. O.k..so it's not Hollywood quality, but I am quite pleased with it..I'll be posting some pics on the forum quite soon. Take care, and have a great weekend! Baron S.
Hi Baron! Sorry for the delay, I had much to do these times! Well I don't really know if the bones represent a good value for money. I don't even know if it's worth ordering fron Europe... Since you can't find it at all here in Europe and according to the fact that they are cheaper than other websites and the shipping is very good, I would say yes. But In an other hand the bag was sold $34.95 and I the shipping cost were $28.48 (= 45% of the total bill). Askin for a global shipping was a good idea, it's certainly the best solution to ask for a large order. Everything depends if you really want them or not! Hope this will help you a bit. I'd love to ear about your new halloween project ! What did you plan to built? See yA!
Good evening my friend. So..your bones have finally arrived! I have been looking at the photo's in your album, and they certainly seem to be of good quality..much better than anything we can obtain here. In your opinion, do they represent good value for money? I mean, even if one had to pay the shipping from the U.S would they still be good value? I'm sure you have lots of ideas for them and can't wait to get to work! I am actually quite proud of myself as I have actually made a start on my first prop for this year! I have many projects planned..I'm hoping that I'll get at least some of them finished before october! With kind regards, Baron S.
