Yesterday was a great day for Madame Turlock. She finally got back to work on Morti and hopes to post updated pictures this weekend. I want to thank my Health & Fitness accountability pals for all the support and ideas they have shared this week. It's a fantabulous group of people and I'm feeling the strength in numbers as we focus on individual goals.

I am holding a couple of good friends close in my heart today as they face extra challenges in life. You know who you are. Just remember I am wishing you the best and will always be here for you as a supportive friend. Sending extra hugs and love your way!

Dr. Z I haven't seen much of you lately. Are you lurking around the forum late at night, or am I just looking in all the wrong places. All these different time zones can make it difficult to connect sometimes but these new features Larry added to the forum make staying in touch much easier. I hope you are enjoying them as much as I am.
