You are welcome Dave. She turned out great. We only used ours in our window and out platform sat on legs almost like a table. Your point of being able to move her around the yard on your platform is a great thought. ;)

I just wanted to say "thanks" to Diabolik for his solution to my problem. I built a similar platform for my Rocking Granny and it worked like a charm. Also by using the platform, I was able to put Granny anywhere in the yard I wanted and not have her restricted to the sidewalk. Just had to level it with some wood scraps to make her rock steady. Thanks again for a solution to my problem! (Oh, I used 3/4" PVC on my chair instead of 1".) Video of Granny in action:

Yea, I said the same thing--how can a 5 RPM motor power a fan or a "warm air blower"??? LOL I would say the bottom motor would work for the cauldron creep head. The other two props, it would depend on how heavy they are and how much torques is needed. A lot of these synchronous motors (especially the 5-6 RPM ones) are the exact same motor that's inside the plastic housing of a reindeer motor. Which means if the motor feels too much resistance, it will reverse direction. This feature is...

Wow,wow, wow! Your whole set-up is totally breathtaking! Such a unique theme and you pulled it off fantastically. Let's see--where to start--it all looks so amazing! I love the bone pentagram wreaths and all of the details put into the indoor scenes (especially the bathroom). And the green lighting really creeps up every room. Awesome! Must have taken you forever to set up your haunt, but it's worth every minute you spent on it. (Now I understand why you said you're still not done putting...

Heeeey stranger, how the heck are you guys??? So nice to hear from you. How was your Halloween? Did the house sell? My Halloween about killed me this year. I bit off waaaay to much and I think my hubbies party has grown out of control. It's become a monster with a life of it's own. If you get the chance you can check out my thread "Voodoo on the Bayou".

Those tea lights that I saw at the store - the plastic flame was fully illuminated but it is by reflection. It is lit by an LED light that is underneath it. The little plastic flame part is not a light. But, it looks like it is the thing that has the light in it. When the Luminara candle first came out in 2011 I got one. The technology and the color of the LED has improved since but it's still the basic design that I'm showing here in the video I took (back in 2011):
