believe it or not, they are in the same cemetery, in Grand Rapids Michigan of all places, it is a huge old cemetery, divided by a busy road, with both sides being quite large, the first set of pics are from one side, some of the others are from the second, but that is some what newer so not as many cool stones, the latest album is actually from 3 different cemeteries in G.R. I just picked the ones I liked the best for the album. I still have a few cemeteries to hit yet in the area. I want to hit alot of the older ones in a few of the local cities and suburbs~ well, but it will wait til spring and warmer weather~ although some in the snow might be interesting!
isn't that a cool mausoleum! i love old cemetery picture! I also have a different album with cemetery pictures, it has some different mausoleums in it too, one like a pyramid, quite old looking.
yeah, I know, I am a bit crazy with the campground haunts, I go on a Wednesday or Thursday, set up for two days, the big day is satureday, when the most activites are, plus the TOTing, then tear down, leave in the 5th wheel and do it again in 2 week ends. I have so much more that I set up at home, wichtes, werewolf( althought after seeing Monsterbosses, I need to remake him) reapers, greave digger, vamp, etc. this year was supposed to be the year i unveiled the parks first FCG, hopefully no one will beat me to it now! LOL! oh well, next year, right!
thank you for the thread posting, I will have to check it out better when getting ready to make one, one more thing to my list!
I did check out gromit's pics ,very cool, I just love the cemetery!!
thank you for the pic comments, I have a nicer reaper too that I didn't have up, don't use my good things so much at home, do 2 campground haunts that due to illness's didn't get to do, hubby is worried about vandelism at home so don't set up all my stuff, just do a small one, but am hopeful to do the bigger ones again next year!
Oh, I see....It's a giant vortex fog chiller. And the outside design is perfect for the theme of my haunt. That fog in your pictures is so dense and cool. Thanks so much
Thanks for the info on the chiller. I will definately be getting back to you on that when I start to make one. I will have one for next year I just have to. My plan for next year is to not spend on props since I really have enough and spend on effects
Thanks for the kind words about the reaper but I didnt make him. Actually you are the second person to think I did. I got him at Spirit. With a coupon of course
Well I may have to copy that weeping idea I really love the look. I could spot a Gromit display anywhere LOL Actually she did post pics on her personal album but you are right she should post them under General Halloween, I think there are lots of people on here who would appreciate her work and how she displays them.
