He totally loved your stuff. Bob's haunt is your featured haunt? That's very cool! The fact that you said you'd like to have a beer with me is a big deal! Thanks! Here's the irony of what you said... When I first joined the forum I saw his posting about his witch stirring the cauldron. One of the pictures showed his workbench with a Bud Light sitting on it. Then I realized he was from Fishkill! I pm'd him and joked about the beer and building props because I do the same thing...lol. We set up a time to meet at a local bar and go over all our stuff and meet for the first time (our wives call it our man date). All downhill after that. We spent a LOT of time hanging out. If you want to see the bar we spent many hours at...it's on my photobucket page...Tiki Bar I built. I already told my wife whenever I go out there now I will be setting out a coaster and cold Bud Light for Bob...

Sorry...I'm not kidding, wish I was.
He wasn't sick at all. I saw him Friday in Walmart..he was picking up supplies for a birthday party he was throwing for his wife. He was great. Bob had very few side effects from his surgery considering how invasive it was. As a matter of fact we were sitting at my bar having a few beers when he started to pass out and I called 911..thats when they discovered his tumor. I said to him Friday that it was almost time for the Jolly Roger (name of my bar) to open up and he said Mike... I CANT WAIT! We have hung out there on countless Spring, Summer and Fall nights talking about everything...including the forum and Halloween. I am going to miss him so much.

Excellent! Let me know if you hear of any formal get togethers for forum members. I've heard rumors of wearing orange arm bands, but nothing definite. I'm thinking of making a "Dr. Dark" t-shirt.

No. No blog. And I am afraid I will sound stupid but I just don't really understand the blog concept....
