The skull torch's are super easy.They are the corpsed skull a hole cut in the bottom of them to sit on pvc pipe.The pvc is also corpsed I am fortunate that hubby made some stands for me so I slide them over that(it has two metal rods on one stand)-put spray foam and spanish moss on the foam after it dried.And I also hot glued the mouths open and used a battery opperated tealight.I can turn it on and off from the bottom and switch batteries.
