Uncle sam says I have to have a cell phone for the job, and it can't have any of the fancy crap, by damn it (or something similar) is going to be available for a while. Today, 10:42 AMJust thread the conduit through the holes in the wire. I would also do your cheese cloth/glue on the inside of each conduit piece to sandwich it in place. Slipping...depends on how you set it up. If you got a big bend up top, and run the wire from the top all the way down, it'll hold fine. If you are running the wire sideways to the next rib, and it's not wide enough to include that bend, you can drill holes in the conduit and wire tie the wire in place. We used blue led spots from Minions Web..color was great, service was awful..thats a different story lol! There are some occasional black lights in there as well for the glowing effect :) It helps that the ghosts are so white!

Today, 09:53 AMGhostTown has the right idea. IMO, though, Goliath is begging for a CFL bulb. One way to light without adding a scrim behind the eyes/mouth would be to hide the bulb and rely on the light reflecting off the back of the head. You should be able to sneak in a socket roughly right between the eyes. (much smaller head of mine, hiding the bulb in the 'nose' so the light reflects off the back of the head through the hollow eyes, DAS clay used to hold the socket.)11 replies | 280 view(s)
