Thanks. I used a large paperback book. I also did a hard cover but since there was no give the cover cracked at the spine. I used cardboard from the back of a notebook for the raised areas and superglued those. I used paper towels to cover the book with a water/glue mixture to papermache it. Then I painted while it was still wet.
Chin, Saw your spell books and you did a great job. I am looking to make one to add to the spririt table (dining room). What type of material did you use?
