  1. Hi Brougham,
Did you check the pics on this site:

I see that you removed the check valve from the elbow fitting. I wasn't able to get mine apart, so I left the valve in there. For the plunger, the order of assembly is the larger O-ring (already on the plunger in your pic), the flat washer, then the small O-ring. The largest O-ring in your pic looks to be the one that seals the elbow fitting to the pump body.
There's another, slightly smaller, ring that seems to be a seal between the check valve body and the elbow fitting.
I think that if you simply see where the seals fit, you'll likely be correct.
Shame about losing the plastic bit, but you can make one out of any hard high-temp material. I don't know for certain that an O-ring was actually used with the plastic tip seal, but since the plunger I.D. is beveled, I went ahead and used one there. All you really need is a plug that keeps the fog juice from backing out of the pump.
Hope this helps - let me know if I can answer any other questions. Good luck!

    Gary
  2. Just wondering if I could pick at your brain for your expertise on the lite F/X 1741. I've posted my question on your dissection tutorial.
