I did a fog chiller this year as well. A very simple design that I came across. It did the trick and the fog did lay close to the ground but only about a foot and a half out of the front of the chiller. I was a bit disappointed, will have to figure a way to push the fog out so it lays across the cemetery next year. We live so close and we share such a special interest we really should meet up for a coffee sometime. We could pick each others Halloween brains. Never know, we may already know each other and don't even know it. This really is a pretty small city that we live in.
I am sorry to hear that. Your little ones sounded like they had had enough. Oh well, I am sure they had a great night. It was such a great night. I built a new fog chiller this year and even the fog was eerie I am already thinking of making my yard better for next year. I would really love to get people involved in a neighborhood walk through yard haunt but not everyone celebrates halloween the same way I do. They are now onto Christmas which is less fun but still good. Thanks again for the encouraging compliments.
The weather was perfect wasn't it?? It was such a beautiful night. We were a little lower in numbers this year surprisingly but it was still a great night. I was on my way to your place. By the time we got to the little white house at the Victoria end of your street it was going on 9 and the 3-11 year old girls I was dragging around were wimpering about their feet!! AMATEURS!! lol
So....How was your big night up over the hill? I had about 120-140 kiddies. Great night, fog laid nice and low. It was mild out, it was clear. I was so pleased with the weather. Hope your night was great!
Thank you. All my props at this point other than my FCG are store bought. I haven't attempted anything like what you have done, which is really amazing stuff. I absolutely LOVE your rooftop goblins too. I did check out your profile which takes us through your making one. My next project I think is to try my hand at some handmade tombstones. I look at some of the ones the forum members make and they really are so beautiful. I would be so nervous to put them out though, I had 2 of my store-bought jobbies stolen last weekend.
