If we had not moved, (which cost a small fortune) Ironman was going to be my costume for last year.
Don't be threatened by mold work it's really not that hard but silicone is very expensive, fiberglass is messy and the whole process from sculpture to mold work is time consuming. If you ever have any questions feel free to ask.

Yeah man, I caught your thread about it and totally dig the craftsmanship! I really liked how you were so casual about the creation of it all. Your sculpting skillz are off the chart. This couldn't have been your first rodeo, if ya know what I mean. I wish it were that easy because I would like to do something similar for casting an ironman suit using plastic instead of latex, but I have no idea where to start. Maybe that could be your next project..... yeah, yeah, yeah! That would be killer! Seriously though, any tips you can toss my way about casting would be appreicated.

Thanks for the kind pic comments. The crypt I designed put it on paper, and told hubby 'make this" LOL Its 10 feet tall 8 feet wide and 4 feet deep. All wood, heavy sucker But he made it so it comes apart. I came in when it came time to do the paint work and detail. Thats my thing. Of course being a graphic designer im sure it doesnt come close to anything you can make. The pic on your cover is amazing!!!
