Hi blynd, Sorry to hear that. I had no problem with screamteam, but last I ordered from them was last Halloween. My boyfriend ordered twice from them with no problems. I know the frustrations you have, I'm currently dealing with a different company that is not answering their emails and the phone number is hooked up to just an answering message. I'm trying to cancel that now. Must be the Halloween rush.
