Fingers crossed and prayers started
yeah,, it is a shame that such a few people wreak things for those who follow the rules, well, not sure if you know this, but we are trying to buy a house, it is a foreclosure- fannie mae, LOTS wrong with it, we have had such a run around, now we are waiting cuz the things that need to be fixed are health hazards, well, septic, etc, so now fannie mae has the estimates, will get some of their own, and they have to get it fixed, I just hope our bid stands, we have had financing pull out cuz of the shape of the house, ect,, but when this place is done it will be worth it,, it has just over 7 acres, a pond,, love the house itself, when the repairs are done I will any way, these people were terrible, broke toilets, holes in the walls, stole the furnace,etc, we looked at it 2 years ago, when it was a short sale, and the guy was living there, over 300 Jager bottles were the decor of choice in the basement, by a fireplace and the shelving around it,, so I am pretty sure it was a divorce cuz the guy is a drunken bum type of deal,, and some of the damage you can tell that,, the bad part will be no tot;ers I am sure, it sits off the road a bit, and is on a main road, out in the country, but only about 5 miles from where I work now, so close to stores, etc,, so the best of both worlds!!!!!! I am afraid to get excited cuz I am afraid it will fall thru some how,, so say prayers for me, keep your fingers and toes crossed, any thing that will send good vibes this way!
LOL, its weird hearing someone call me that LOL. Thanks though it still hasn't hit me yet that I finally finished. I think that is because I plan on getting my Masters in the spring of next year or at least starting it Glad to see you here too. Im just trying to keep my mind busy while I go through a few things I doubt hell bring back CHAT and frankly I don't know if that is such a good idea since not everyone knows how to use it and be kind to everyone. ITs a shame that it ruined it for all of us. U suppose you could ask him but again I doubt hell bring it back.
hello there, you college grad you! how does it feel, it is nice seeing you out and about on the forum more, I have here but don't always post,, but love reading the threads! I miss chat, when we actually got to "talk" ya think Larry will ever get it back or did a few bad apples wreak it for all of us??
