Happy Halloween Hope you have a great time BW
I hope your Halloween has been everything you wanted! Happy Halloween! BW
That's very kind of you! I would be honoured to be on your friends list! Thank you! BW
Good evening. I must admit to being somewhat surprised when I relised that you weren't on my friends list... I do hope you will accept my invitation....I have an incredibly sweet tooth, (Actually, It's the only one I've got..) and your recipes really make me drool. kind regards, Baron S.
We did.. thank you! Yes there are some nice places. Broadstairs is always a favorite but it is Folk week this week and gets kinda busy. My real favorite is Westgate, if you're really lucky and there isn't too much cloud around you can actually watch the sun sink into the sea....stunning!
Good evening. Well, my ears weren't burning..but oddly enough I was taking tea in the garden this evening and found myself daydreaming about the towers...Kinda spooky.. It was a lovely evening for a drive along the coast, wasn't it? There are some great places for Fish and chips in your part of the world.. Whitstable, Broadstairs ... and Herne Bay of course. Hope you enjoyed it! Kind regards, Baron S.
Hi Baron, Just thought I would drop by and say Hi. Were your ears burning earlier? Hubby and I were taking a drive out to Herne Bay for fish & chips on the seafront and as we drove past reculver it made me think of you. It was a beautiful evening and had I have had my camera I would have taken some pictures for you....maybe next time.
Good afternoon. Thanks for the comment on my Reculver Towers picture. Have you ever visited there? If you have, then you will almost certainly know what a fantastic place it is. if you haven't then I wholeheartedly recommend a visit. Preferably on a summers evening or very early morning, as the mist comes in off the sea..or even better, on a bright moonlit night. I was born and raised in London and spent many years "haunting" Reculver Towers. I now live in Wiltshire and unfortunately haven't been back there (physically) for many years. I have travelled extensively, all over the world..but a part of me is always "back there". Kind regards, Baron S.
